1. Purpose of Agreement
This agreement outlines the terms of participation for individuals registering to attend the “DMV Desi Singles Social – Bengali Vibes Edition.” By registering for the event, you (the “Attendee”) agree to the terms and conditions below.
2. Role of Bangla Events
Bangla Events is not the host, sponsor, or organizer of this event.
Its sole role is to support logistical setup (e.g., ticketing, registration, basic coordination) on behalf of the Organizer, Nashwa Adeeb.
Bangla Events assumes no responsibility or liability for the event content, attendee interactions, outcomes, or safety beyond logistical facilitation.
3. Eligibility
This is a singles-only event targeted toward adults (age 21+) of Bengali, Bangladeshi, West Bengali, or Desi heritage. All faiths are welcome. By registering, you confirm you are attending as a single individual.
4. Code of Conduct
Respectful behavior is expected at all times. The organizer reserves the right to remove any individual exhibiting inappropriate, offensive, or unsafe behavior without refund.
5. Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. No exceptions will be made for no-shows, cancellations, or changes in plans.
6. Venue Disclosure
The event’s exact location will be disclosed only to registered participants prior to the event. Attendees must not publicly share the location to preserve privacy and safety.
7. Liability Waiver
By participating in this event, you acknowledge and accept all personal risk. You release both the Organizer and Bangla Events from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from participation, including but not limited to injury, emotional distress, or third-party conduct.
8. Media Release
Event photos or videos may be taken. By attending, you consent to the use of your image for post-event promotion unless you notify the Organizer in writing prior to the event.
9. Agreement Acceptance
Your registration and/or participation constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
