DOMM is the survival thriller that became a box-office sensation during Eid 2026. Directed by Redoan Rony, the National Film Award–winning filmmaker behind Chorabali, the film tells the gripping true-story-inspired tale of an ordinary man’s extraordinary will to survive against impossible odds. Shot across the vast, unforgiving landscapes of Kazakhstan and the heartland of Bangladesh, DOMM delivers a cinematic experience unlike anything Bangladeshi cinema has produced before.
The film marks the historic first on-screen pairing of Afran Nisho — celebrated for his roles in Surongo and Daagi — and Chanchal Chowdhury, one of Bangladesh’s most acclaimed actors. Puja Cherry rounds out the lead cast in a role she fought for through a competitive audition process.
